Cornell is a dope-ass Black artist based in Durham, NC. Photography became his primary medium to document life when his daughter was born. He was a featured artist in Durham Arts Council, “Portraits of Durham” exhibit for Durham's 150 year anniversary. His photography has been featured in The Washington Post and The New York Times. He is a contributing photographer for Durham Magazine and Chapel Hill Magazine. Currently he has a solo exhibition titled, "Behind the Mask" that is currently on display at the Durham Arts Council Allenton Gallery and is also featured in the Washington Post.
